WatermarkingWorld Mirrors Stirmark and Checkmark Benchmark Pages
October 10, 2001
Stirmark and Checkmark, two
complementary benchmarking suites for watermarking technologies, have
obtained a dedicated place on the WatermarkingWorld web pages. These
benchmark suits provide important and necessary tools for everyone
active in the watermarking field. We are very happy that the authors
agreed on having WatermarkingWorld mirroring partial information of
the original web pages.
Certimark links to WatermarkingWorld
Mai 15, 2001
Thanks to the efforts of Prof. Thierry Pun and his watermarking team,
including Sviatoslav Voloshynovskiy, Shelby Pereira, and Maribel
Madueno, the official WWW pages of the European project Certimark promote
WatermarkingWorld by linking to various pages on our site. We are
really glad about this decision and would like to express our thanks
to all parties involved. As is well known, the goal of
WatermarkingWorld is to encourage communication in the digital
watermarking community and provide means and services to accelerate
and facilitate watermarking related research. The decision of
Certimark to share information with WatermarkingWorld is an excellent
example of how to initiate and build on international
collaboration. We hope that this example is just the begining.

watermarking newsletter and the watermarking digest.
EPFL joins the WatermarkingWorld
August 2, 2000
The Signal Processing Laboratory of the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology became a partner of the WatermarkingWorld. The signal
processing laboratory, directed by Prof. Murat Kunt, is one of the
leading laboratories in digital image processing and has provided
important constitutions to the development of image, video, and image
watermarking. One key concept is for example the watermark
