I am very happy to answer your question. You are right! One cannot =
compute the ODG value of a marked audio file if its sampling rate
is different from the reference.

If you really want to do this, you would better revise this software =
yourself since the source code is available. But, I think it is
not necessary.

The function of the ODG value computed by EAQUAL is to evaluate the =
magnitude distortion of each audio frame. In this sense, one
cannot compute the ODG value when the test file and the reference file =
have different durations.

Overall, what you should do is to make sure the two files have the same =
length.
