[WM]: Deadline Extended - Workshop on Information Hiding and DigitalWatermarking

Dear Colleagues,

We hereby are pleased to announce the upcoming workshop on Information
Hiding and Digital Watermarking in conjunction with the Joint iTrust and
PST Conferences on Privacy, Trust Management and Security (IFIPTM 2007)
to be held on July 30 , 2007 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada .

The IHDW - IFIPTM 2007 scientific committees will solicit high quality
papers containing original contributions in all areas of experimental,
theoretical and application-oriented aspects of Information Hiding /
signal processing.

SCOPE 
Papers should address theoretical and practical issues of multimedia
watermarking and steganography. We would consider both theoretical
papers dealing with fundamental issues and application oriented
contributions including software demos. The Workshop will attract
research papers in the following area of interests but are not limited
to:
1. Signal processing for steganography and steganalysis 
2. Signal processing for forensic analysis 
3. Signal processing for digital watermarking 
4. Fingerprinting / transaction tracking of multimedia 
5. Integrity verification 
6. Information hiding and media annotation 
7. Tampering and attacks on original information 
8. Quality metrics and benchmarking 
9. System design and implementation 
10. Watermarking quality evaluation and benchmarks 
11. Data hiding applications in biometrics: document security and
person authentication
12. Watermarking quality evaluation and benchmarks

IMPORTANT DATES
Submission Deadline 25th May 2007 
Author Notification 5th June 2007
Final Submission 20th June 2007
Workshop 30th July 2007
