[WM]: Watermarking/Fingerprinting effectively used in court ?
Dear watermarkers,
I am looking for examples where watermarking and/or fingerprinting was used= effectively in court to prove copyright
infringements. I remember of an illegal distribution of a movie by one of the Juri of Cannes' festival but = I am unable to
find any information about this particular event using Google.= Is this reminds something to any of you, please let me know.
