[WM]: Fourier Transform in matlab

Hi all
              I first wanna to thank you all for your kind response for my 
early questions :)   now i wanna to ask what does "fft" function retrieve ?? 
does it retrieve the frequence component magntuide right ??  so in this case how can i get the phase angle of this frequency
component ??!!
