[WM]: Matlab JPEG Toolbox

Hi,

does anyone know if (where) it is possible to get the Matlab
JPEG Toolbox, apparently created by Phil Sallee at UC Davis? 
The web server usually referred to seem to be down, and as
Phil Sallee appears to have left, I suspect this may be permanent.

P.S. If you can point to a suitable alternative to this toolbox,
I would of course appreciate that too :-)
