[WM]: Doubt in Energy Normalization

        Hi All,
    Myself Chetan K.R, Lecturer, JNN College of Engineering, India.... Well I have doubt in concept of Energy normalization... In
one of the paper i read a statement like "ILL bands are normalized to YllLL subbands"...But ILL bands have a high range say from
[2.4 332.3] And YllLL subbands have lower range       [-100.19 116.5]... Here I=chrominance and Y-luminance component.. of a still
digital image. Now how to normalize and renormalize the energies of these wavelet bands... Is there any systematic procedure for
this...Please help me........
