[WM]: help needed in watson model for calculating JND
dear researchers,
can somebody provide me matlab sourcecode for calculating JND value in DCT domain by watson
method.especially i don't know what are tij (frequency sensitivity) matrix in first step of the method.as i understand it is a fixed
predetermined matrix(8*8).i would be very grateful if somebodey provide me the tij matrix also.
