[WM]: Confusing RS

I wonder why, in Fridrich's paper about RS Steganalysis there are 8 values to make RS Diagram. When those values are inserted in the
quadratic equation (I expected the p value is 15%) but the result is 0.78%. Is there any explanation to it?

  Example :
  Rm(p/2)=34.5
  Sm(p/2)=19
  R_m(p/2)=44.5
  S_m(p/2)=15
  Rm(1-p/2)=22
  Sm(1-p/2)=29
  R_m(1-p/2)=60
  S_m(1-p/2)=11

  So,
  d0=15.5
  d_0=29.5
  d1=-7
  d_1=49

  x=0.22
  p=0.22/(0.22-0.5)=0.78

  It's an urgent, help me please.. Thanks.
