[WM]: Looking for source code - MPEG-2 Encoder for Windows

Hi, watermarkers.

I'm looking for source code - MPEG-2 Encoder for windows.

and also welcome a mixed source code - MPEG-2 Encoder and decoder.


This is aimed at video watermarking in compressed bitstream.

I'd like to embed data into MPEG-2 bitstream using MPEG-2 decoder.

and then, I should generate 'new MPEG-2 file' to extract hidden data


to do that, I consider I sholud mix the source code - MPEG-2 decoder + encoder.

decoder is for embedding and encoder is for generating data hided mpeg-2 file.

Is it right way?


If you have any, or If you know where I can find those source code
