[WM]: WATERMARK IMAGE WITH LSB in JAVA

Hi all,
        I'm trying to realise the LSB algorithm to watermark an image in = Java.

In the phase of insertion of the watermark  I insert the watermark in = the Image and the I save it.

But then, in the phase of extraction of the watermark, when I load the = image, the value of the pixels of the Image (int) are very
different = from the other, so I can't extract the real watermark.

What can I do?
