[WM]: 2 urgent questions

Hello everybody,
   
  I hope all of you doing well; just I have two urgent questions related to video watermarking and looking forward for any advice or
even hint.
   
  Q1: How can I handle with standard testing format (CIF) using MATLAB, is there any method for converting it to AVI so that MATLAB
can deal with it easier?
   
  Q2: What is the strategy used for selecting the frames that will be watermarked, and how can I apply it, in brief?
   
  I will really appreciate any help and thanks in advance.
