[WM]: Future of watermarking and the opportunities in this field

Hi everybody:
   
  I have got a job in New Jersey watermarking company and I am kinda not able to decide whether to go for this position or not...
   
  I wonder what would be the scope of this position after couple of years i.e. future of watermarking ==> growth in the job,
stability, opportunities in other watermarking companies if in case i wanna jump...
   
  any comments or suggestions would be appreciated ...
