Hi Watermarkers,


            I need help in dealing with error correcting codes.can anyone suggest me such a code with a very low code rate.


              Specifically, I need a code with a data of 1 bit and
255 bits of parity which can correct upto 48 to 49 % of errors or close.
This seems to be tough but not impossible (that's what i think).

              please suggest me some references, or online sources.
