[WM]: MPEG and scened change detection in matlab

Hello watermarkers!

  My name is Ginzburg Mark and I am a M.Sc student for computer science. I am doing my thesis on watermarking of raw movies. To test
my ideas in matla= b I need to be able to decode/encode mpeg in matlab. If somebody has or know = a good library for matlab 7, that
makes it possible to encode/decode mpeg video in matlab please tell me about it or send me a link.
  In addition If somebody knows good scene change detection library for matlab  this will help me out a lot.

  Another general question: Is there a complete testing/benchmarking software for videos (I know CheckMark , StirMark... for
images).
