[WM]: Ecrypt BOWS Contest (Break Our Watermarking System)

Dear watermarker, watermark-breakers, pirates and hackers,

I would like to remind you that the BOWS contest will end next week, on March 15.

Since the start of the Contest, we received more than 34000 Attacked Images (last update: March 10, 2006).  The Hall of Fame today
is the following:

Xcott Craver (Binghamton University) Average PSNR = 33.23 dB Dariusz Bogumil (Warsaw University of Technology) Average PSNR =
30.61 dB Gaëtan Le Guelvouit (Capgemini) Average PSNR = 30.48 dB Andreas Westfeld (TU Dresden) Average PSNR = 30.4 dB
