[WM]: BIBDs for Fingerprinting

Dear Watermarkers,

I am exploring the use of Balanced Incomplete Block Designs for constructing an Anti-Collusion code for fingerprinting.

Can anyone suggest the following:

1.. Where can I find the matlab code for constructing (v, k, lambda)-block designs specifically for large values of v?

2.. Good reference papers for,
(A) Constructing block designs
(B) Analyzing the correlation properties of different designs.
