[WM]: Looking for journal

Hello all,
   
  Could you please recommend some journal which deals with publications about watermarking. I know only IEEE Signal Processing, but
unfortunately it accept very few publications (some of mine was rejected with remark like this: It could be accepted if the editor
is looking to increase the share of watermarking papers in the Transactions).
