Already flawed, I'm afraid. PSNR does not measure visual change.

....and contestants from Princeton that win get instead a pretty certificate containing 1,000,000 brownie points - since we know
already they don't need the money - and a visa...(oh, hold it, IHW06 will be held in the US again. Hmmmm.) ;)
