[WM]: MPEG decoding using matlab
As I am new to the field of video and image processing, please guide me how to extract the motion vector, quantization factor and
coded DCT coefficients from MPEG video using matlab.
It is for my project in Video Fingerprinting. Please Help me as soon as possible.
