[WM]: matlab movie to mpeg converter

hi everybody,
 
I am doing mpeg video watermarking.
 
I have to convert matlab movie to mpeg after inserting watermark into the frames . I tried mpgwrite taken from matlab central file
exchange. but the source file makedll.m doesn't get compiled.
 
anyone who did it help me.I'm in urgent..
