[WM]: Peter Meerwald Source Code

Greetings,

 

            Was anyone able to compile P. Meerwald source code using a windows environment? To be honest, I'm new to this GNU
approach. I've downloaded CYGWIN, NETPBM, and MINGW. However, I still couldn't compile it using the make command. I think I need to
change some parts of the make file but I'm not sure which. When trying to compile the Fotopoulos folder, I keep getting that it
couldn't find the 'getopt.h' file! I would really appreciate any help.
