I am looking for Gel'fand and Pinsker's classic coding paper " Coding for channel with random parameters" Problems of control and
information theory, vol.9, no.1, pp 19-31, 1980

My institution only have access to the database in springer around the year 2000 and later, would you please send me a copy of that
paper if you have access to the springer database around 1980's. Thank you very much!!
