[WM]: power spectrum

Hi all,
  I was wondering if someone could explin how one may use the power spectrum to determine if a watermark signal is highpass and
lowpass? Is it possible by visually looking at the plots and comapraing them somehow?

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
