Postdoctoral Research Position

The Multimedia Systems, Networking and Communications (MSyNC) Laboratory in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering,
Stevens Institute of Technology is seeking applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position in the area of wireless network
security. The applicant is expected to have a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engg., Computer Science or related fields with a
strong background in cryptography and coding theory. Knowledge in crypto aspects of wireless security is a plus. The initial
appointment will be for one year starting immediately, with possible extension subject to performance and funding availability.

MSyNC Lab is actively involved in various research projects in wireless security, multimedia/wireless networking, and
steganography/steganalysis with funding from National Science Foundation, U.S. Air Force Research Lab, U.S. Army, Stevens Wireless
Network Security Center, NJ Commission on Science and Technology and industry. Further information about the lab can be obtained
from http://msync.ece.stevens-tech.edu. There are several opportunities to collaborate with industry and universities in the
tri-state area.
Stevens is located in vibrant Hoboken with easy (15 minutes) access to New York city and all its attractions.
