[WM]: audio watermarking

Hi everybody,
i'm doing a paper about audio watermarking and i have 2 questions:

1. Do services like iTunes, Napster, MSN Music etc. watermark
    the music files they sell? I know they are encrypted, but are
    they watermarked?

2. Is the echo hiding algorithm robust against attacks? Can an attacker
    just compute the cepstrum function to find out the offset of the echo
    and just subtract the echo signal from the watermarked signal?
