[WM]: Regarding Block repetition code in Kirovski and Malvar's paper

Hi all,

      I am stuck with a small problem.In Kirovski and Malvar's paper "Spread Spectrum Watermarking of Audio Signals",IEEE
transactions on Signal processing,April 2003, block repetition code was proposed as an solution to desynchronization attack.The
catch is that I am unable to device a Equation for 'Fi'(as given in the paper)(Fi stands for the number of replicaitons for chip i).

have any one of you dealt with this problem.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
