[WM]: block based DCT
hello watermarkers,
am currently working on a block DCT based watermarking algorithm..
In the paper by:C.Langelaar, I.setyawam, R.L.Langendijk, =93Watermarking =
Digital Images and Video: A State-of-the-Art Overview=94, IEEE
Signal Processing magazine, pp 20-53, September 2000.
A method to group 8=D78 block DCT coefficients into low, middle & high =
frequency coefficients is proposed.=20
1)I would like to know if the proposed method is an optimised one?
2)What difference between positive & negative DCT coefficients?
