``Rotation, Scale, and Translation Resilient Watermarking for Images'', 
IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, Vol. 10, No. 5, pp. 767-782, 2001.

This paper addresses the cropping that is implied by RST 
transformations.  Experiments that are carefully designed to isolate the 
additional effects of this cropping are presented.
