[WM]: About Meerwald's codes for Cox's scheme

Hi watermarkers,
   I found that there is some problem with Meerwald's codes for Cox's watermarking scheme. The parameter -a doesn't work with
wm_cox_d.exe. Such that we couldn't specify the alpha value. Has anyone noticed this problem? Or I didn't use it properly? Much
