 this is not the first time people ask for watermarking resources or source code for a particular development environment. I would
like to stress that the watermarking problem is totally beyond what VC++.net or Delphi or [insert long list here] address, i.e. for
writing watermarking applications it makes absolutely no difference which environment you use. 

Consequently most resources are independent of programming tools and often even of the programming language. The only exception to
this rule that I know of is the large group of people in the watermarking community using Matlab because of its vast collection of
tools useful for image processing, transforms etc.

IMHO, the VC++.net technology is as useful or useless for watermarking as is any other integrated programming environment and the
language dialect that it supports. Tools like this simply don't address what you need for watermarking.  If you decide to use C++,
Java, or whatever programming language you like, look out for good image processing toolkits. Having found a good one you will be as
productive with command line compilers and makefiles as with the most visual of all IDEs.
