Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me a bit more on the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act 1998) and how it relates to
Watermarking.
Has there been any high-level legal challenges to it or with it? Is there any other newer acts out there to assist watermarking
technologies?
