[WM]: feature based watermarking

hello,
 
iam working feature based watermarking. for this iam required to normalise the image, using a set of equations. i have been trying
it for a long time but i seem to overlook a minor detail by which iam not getting the required result. if anyone is willing to see
the equations and my code and tell me where iam going wrong, pls reply me and i will send you my code.
