[WM]: Noise resilient watermarking

Hello All

I want to discuss issues  regarding Noise resilient watermarking, like what is the motivation behind it? what are the requirements
& charasteristics that the noise resilient watermarking algorithm should fulfill ?  Is there any work reported in this field ? How
can we mathematically formulate the above problem of noise resilient watermarking ?
