[WM]: new IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security
IEEE announces a Call for Papers for a new journal:
the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security.
The first issue is planned for March, 2006, and the IEEE web site will be able to receive submissions starting March 15, 2005.
