[WM]: Optimal hardware configuration for MatLab 7

Dear All, 

I'm planning to buy a notebook. Could you tell me what is the optimal hardware configuration for running MatLab 7 (on WinXP) ? What
is the most important point: processor performance or RAM ?

Is a notebook with a 3GHz Pentium 4 and 512 Mo RAM ok ?
