[WM]: Masking functions

Hi,

I'm trying to implement speech watermark embedding using the psychoacoustic model of the MPEG and I can't find the masking functions
for tonal and non-tonal components (As I know it is included in the MPEG standard and I don't know where to find it).

Can anyone give me a pointer where to find these masking functions (or the standard)?

 

Any help will be appreciated.
