[WM]: Watermarking's spread spectrum technique using FFT

Hello,

I would really appreciate if someone could help me on this:

I am looking for more detailed explanation of the spread spectrum technique in image-watermarking using FFT and depending on the details of the Cox et al paper. I do not clearly see how to embed the watermark after getting the frequencies from the FFT. If someone could give me the steps of the algorithm, I would really appreciate the help.
