Here is a VW2D code implemented in Matlab 6.2 and used to insert a picture as well as a string as the watermark.
I hope it could help you. moreover, try to find : Wolfgang, R.B. & Delp, E.J. (1996). A watermark for digital images. Proceedings of
the IEEE International Conference on Image Processing. Lausanne, Switzerland. Vol. 3. Pp.219-222. of course I'm not sure. maybe VW2D
is introduced on it.
