[WM]: Fast implementation for DCT/IDCT of entire image

Hi,
    I am trying to implement the Cox's algorithm to insert a watermark into a image. I has implemented the transform DCT on the
whole image, but it is very slow, i.e. for a image of 200x200 pixels.

    Anyone know a site where I can find a fast DCT/IDCT implementation in C/C++ or a paper where describes it?
