Title: Inserting a watermark by the Cox algoritm and JPEG compression = with quality below 75%

Hi,
I codified the Cox = algoritm and I tried the JPEG compression to an image with a inserted = watermark.   When the compression JPEG is done with >= = 75%, the evalutation of the extracted watermark is acceptable, but when = the compression is done with lower quality, the results are not = good.

I know that the quality performs the = quantization tables, but knows anyone what would be the problem?  =
I have no idea.  I will be very = grateful for any idea somebody can suggest me.

Thanks for advanced.
