[WM]: can you suggest a solution

Hello
I have developed a Digital water marking scehme for satellite imagery.
For simplicity, I have stored the locations of the watermarked pixels in the key and went ahead with rest of the algorithm. Now my
request is - is there any METRIC other than the absolute positions of the pixels holding the watermark - which will withstand image
transformation - translation, rotation and scaling. Any suggestions will be of immense help to me.
