[WM]: Image Resolution and Print and Scan

Hi,everybody
I have a question about the watermark resisting print and scan.If you have some advice
about it,please tell me ,thank you advance My watermark method can resist printing and
scanning ,I use discrete cosine transform on 8X8 image block ,then insert the watermark
into the frequency data , I get the watermarked image by IDCT . If the image resolution
is low ,the watermark can resist printing and scanning , It works good ,but if the image
resolution is high ,the watermark cann't be extract any more . Why does the image
resolution affect the watermark ? How do I resolve it ?

Thank you

Dupengchao
