There's no specific installation procedure for Stimark 3.1. All the details you need to use it are in the Readme.txt file. This
file contains the list of command line options as well as command line examples.

As for choosing between version 3 and 4, I'd really recommend 4. Source code is cleaner and so easier to understand, integration
with watermarking algorithms (the one you may be developing) is also simpler (using DLL instead of command line scripts), and
configuration file allows you to easily choose the kind of attack you wish to apply according to the application your watermarking
algorithm is expected to be used.
