   Let's answer the first question.
   I think whether the scheme is the best is depend on what you need.
Blind watermark means detect without the original image( or video,
audio,...), and non blind means the original image is needed in
watermark detect. For example, Cox[1]'s scheme in non blind and
Hartung[2]'s scheme is blind. Both of them are based
on spread spectrum. The first scheme is more robust than the
second one, but the second one need not original video, so it
is more useful than the first one in most application.
