RESEARCH POSITIONS AT THE INFORMATION HIDING LABORATORY
           UNIVERSITY COLLEGE DUBLIN, IRELAND
 

The Information Hiding Laboratory at the Department of Computer
Science, University College Dublin, is currently recruiting a senior
post-doctoral research fellow, a post-doctoral researcher a= nd two
research assistants, to work in the general area of digital
watermarking, steganography and management and distributio= n of digital media.
 
Candidates for the senior post-doctoral research fellowship position should
have a strong research record and a number of years research
experience in digital watermarking or a related discipline. The
successful candidate will be expected to carry out novel
re= search; to assist in laboratory management; to set the research
agenda and to= supervise research assistants' work.
Depending on experience and background,= this position attracts an annual
salary of 30,000-50,000 euros.
 
The post-doctoral researcher will be expected to carry out novel
research and assist in the management of research assistants= ' work.
Depending on experience and background, this position attrac= ts an annual salary
of 25,000-40,000 euros.
 
Research assistants will be expected to register for a PhD degre= e and
will receive a tax-exempt scholarship of 15,000-20,000 euros p= er year.
 
All positions are full time for three years and will start from
October 2002.
