Re: [WM]: [WM] Watermarking software available?

Dear Eric,

We do offer an online free service on a image watermarking system we
are researching and developing. So far we do apply DS-CDMA on spatial
domain based on our work on analysis of psedo-random sequences for
watermarking:

Joceli Mayer, Anderson V. Silvério, José C. M. Bermudez, "On the
Desi= gn of Pattern Sequences for Spread Spectrum Image
Watermarking", to be presente= d in the IEEE International
Telecommunications Symphosium, Sept 2002.

Insertion/detection is provided and also many options are available
for choosing the whitening filter, method of pseudo-random
generation (traditional, Walsh, Hadamard, Gram-Schmidt), error
correction approach, = size of the watermark, size of the block, etc.

Soon we will provide insertion/detection on wavelet domain. This is
an ongoing research and all the results (papers, docs, c/c++ sources)
will b= e (some already are) available for the research community.
The project is named SAMD: Authentication System for Watermarking and
is sponsored by CNPq (National Council for R&D in Brazil) (Grant
No.
552164/01-1) and LPDS/EEL/UFSC (Digital Signal Processing Research
Laboratory)

If you want to try it, go to

https://adsp-11.eel.ufsc.br:8443/~cdrw/
https://adsp-11.eel.ufsc.br:8443/~cdrw/authentication/index.html

and try to log in the system.

We would like to receive some feedback from the users, so please e-mail
u= s with suggestions and observations. If for any reason you find
any problem using our system please let me kno= w asap. This system
is updating and upgrading in a weekly basis. For the mo= ment only
sun rasterfile (.ras) format (grey levels) works but more image formats will be included soon. Documentation (Doxygen) is available
explaining th= e operators and principles used to insert/detect
watermark images.

cheers,

-- Joceli
