[WM]: Classical watermarking sourcecode

Hi watermarkers,

I am currently trying to do some researchs on watermark attack, so I
need 
some testing watermarking algorithms, Can anyone tell me where can I
find 
some well written  sourcecode of  classical watermarking algorithms in 
matlab.
By using some estimation method, I need the probability distrbution and 
variance of the image, who can tell me how to get the globe and local 
distrbution and variance?
