No, the cases that are on my web site are the only cases I am aware of
that have even fairly tenuous connections to proof-of-ownership
watermarking. Nor am I aware of any serious research into the legal
standing of watermarks. I've seen the occasional reference to digital
watermarking in "cyberlaw" treatises but noting its existence seems to be
about the extent of their interest.

There are Internet sites that allow searches of case law databases; the
Australasian Legal Information Institute has a country-by-country list of
links to courts and case law at

I did a quick search for "digital watermark" on Australian, UK, Canadian,
Irish and US case law databases and found nothing.
